Quality government-funded care
Looking for a care worker? As a registered provider of government Aged Care and NDIS services, our friendly team will help you navigate the system so you can get the support you need.
Home Care Packages is a government-funded program that provides older Australians with the support and services they need to continue living independently in their own homes. Packages are designed to be flexible and tailored to the individual needs of each person, with a focus on maintaining their health, wellbeing, and quality of life. As an Aged Care Service Provider, Home Caring offers a wide range of services, no matter your Home Care Package level. This includes specialist care for people living with conditions such as dementia.
NDIS Plans are a personalised support plan for people with disability in Australia, provided by the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIS provides individuals with choice and control over the supports they receive, enabling them to live more independently and participate fully in their communities. Home Caring provides NDIS supports, such as personal care, domestic assistance, building capacity and learning life skills.
Our values
Our ‘person-first’ caring culture gives us a framework for providing dedicated home care services. Our care staff:
Our four values are:
Passion: our care team is committed to providing an excellent service to the people we care for. We aren’t just about performing tasks and ticking boxes – we put the person first, going above and beyond to deliver high quality care.
Empathy: we truly care about the people we help. Our carers and wider staff are culturally sensitive, compassionate and understanding of different medical conditions. They genuinely listen to your needs, with personal touches.
Respect: we believe everyone in Australia deserves a service that enables them to live independently, with dignity and quality of life. We put the person at the centre of our care.
Accountability: we take our care seriously. Compliance, rigorous screening and quality standards are embedded into everything we do. We work hard to ensure we deliver the quality of care that you signed on for, to prevent premature entry into a care facility.
