Jenny Tram. Care from the heart.
Jenny spent more than 14 years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist caring for people with complex needs on a surgical ward. During and after COVID-19 she saw gaps in community care, particularly in the skills of some caregivers and support staff, and moved into aged and disability care with a strong belief that it can be done better.
Jenny and the Auburn team take the time to get to know you, your health needs, cultural background and preferences, so they can match you with the right support worker and care plan.
Ran a busy 35-bed surgical ward, and during COVID-19 a vaccination hub serving 500 to 1,000 people a day
Clinical Nurse Specialist in wound assessment and management, and part of the wound care audit team
Trained and mentored new and existing nursing staff as Acting Nurse Educator and Team Leader
Coordinated the hospital’s annual staff vaccination program and compliance
