As an employee of Home Caring Newcastle, N.S.W I can say this is the only company that I have worked for that truly does Do what they say as in actually "care" for their disability and aged care clients. This starts with them looking after staff firstWhich they do on consistent basis.

I have been working with Home Caring Newcastle for a while now. As a worker, I love how Nicole and her team match clients and workers together to plan for success to meet individual needs. Professional and caring!!!!
Love being part of the team at Home Caring New Castle. Thank you Nicole and Frank for your commitment and care to both our Clients and to us. I especially appreciate your “can do” ethos Nicole. If there is a solution to a challenge , you will help find it.
Homecaring Newcastle is probably the best place I’ve worked for. I have been with Nicole and Frank for 2 years now and not only do they support their clients they support their staff with dignity and respect.
Home Caring Newcastle would have to be the best company I have ever worked for. Nicole and Frank not only care for their clients, they also care for their staff. Nicole is very approachable and knowledgeable.
Pabi and Nana attended today for cleaning. Excellent job, well done girls. Thank you for your patience with Peter. I hope you are going to be our regular girls. Betty.
Find that as this is a smaller service the service provided is personalised and spot on. Enquiries and requests acted on promptly. Staff and clients treated with respect. Can't fault.
I wasn’t sure if Home Caring was what we needed since my mom only needed in-home help from a dietitian. But that’s just another service they offer! Wonderful!
Thank you Neelam for helping me and my family in every possible way . Thank you for sending this two beautiful girls Nana and Pabi , who helped me with all the cleaning. Please send this girls always 😊
Home Caring has provided the highest standard of care and support for my family every step of the way. We know that my mother in law is receiving the best care and opportunities to live a fuller and more independent life. Her support workers are amazing and we are so happy with everything that Home Caring has done for us. Thank you so much to all at Home Caring.
My dealings with Home caring have been warm and professional, the support team are friendly and knowledgeable and show great support and empathy towards the clients. Everyone empowers others to live their best livesGreat work Home Caring
I love knowing these therapists have my back. I am getting stronger by the day and never even have to leave the house.I can focus on what counts – healing and doing therapy – rather than getting out to go to.
If anyone is considering choosing a homecare package then honestly this is the one.I recently changed providers for my dad who suffers from parkinsons disease as we were not happy with them. How I came across this homecaring service was just a quincedence as I was searching for a nurse who does home visits. I am so glad that happened otherwise I wouldn't be aware of this home care provider. There's so many positive things I can say about this company.Neelam who is the director is such an amazing person, she and her team are dedicated in helping and providing the services needed for the elderly. She has such a beautiful heart and she genuinely cares about her clients. If anyone is not happy with their own provider then honestly change it, I highly recommend this company because we definitely have no regrets. We are so happy and its the best decision we've ever made.I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. 😊😊
I chose Dementia Caring for mum's HCP provider with the ability to choose our carers. The case managers are very flexible and understand the clients needs. The fees are far less than their competitors.Best decision I have ever made to choose Dementia Caring, my uncle and aunty are also now with them.Highly recommended to give them a call, your loved ones can have the care they need.....
The best service ever, very highly recommended for people who needs services support as NDIS and Aged care as They help everyone regardless of their language, religion and culture background .
Excellent service. Home Caring Creigeburn is above and beyond of its services. Dedicated team of management, and support staff, very professional. Highly recommended.
I would like to thank your services Smithfield division for their excellent support. Your case manager, Yen Nguyen and her staffsYen provided timely and helpful advice regarding the care for my mother in law. Yen was extremely attentive and she listened to all our concerns with a great deal of patience. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and the care staff for their efficient services. I would especially like to commend Yen and her staff for their professionalism and superlative skills.Phuong Nguyen & family
Home Caring services are great with the person-centred holistic approach and bilingual workers and support coordinators, catering to the needs of the client's.
Dementia Caring exceeded me and my family’s expectations. We moved from Ozcare a few months ago and from our experience, I can safely say that the quality of care and attention to detail is much higher here. My Dad has frontal temporal dementia and needs a high level of care, so we were a bit apprehensive when it came to leaving him alone at home with a carer. However, our care manager, Jonathan Ng, has been excellent. He ensures that all of Dad’s needs are met and always goes the extra mile. Dad’s favourite nurse, Kelly, comes to look after him several times a week and it has taken a lot of weight off of my family’s shoulders. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with Dementia Caring and are grateful for the respite they have been able to provide us.
After meeting some of the team at Home Caring, it's clear this is a company with heart. They genuinely care about the people they are providing care to, and are passionate about helping them. I recommend their services!
Great team, very person centred approach, They will go out of their way to make things work for you. You tell them what you want, and they work out with your budget what they can give you.
When it comes to NDIS and customer service, these guys are the place to go. Their key focus is customer service and they really go that extra mile to keeping their clients happy and ensuring they find the most suitable staff to get the best results out of their clients. 100% happy customer, 6mths later. Communication is key.
Moved from ANHF on the prospect that Home Caring would be more flexible and quicker. Initially, good but Dementia Caring has grown and there is more management. They are now slower in decision making and less flexible. Probably should have stuck with ANHF as at least they have a larger staff pool.
Signed up with HomeCaring/Dementia Caring last year with with the Smithfield branch on behalf of a relative. Whilst their fees were not the cheapest, they were a small home care provider that promised a lot and flexible to deal with.Initially, they were reasonable.Home Caring has grown and they now have a larger management team. For the client, this has equated to the client, more roadblocks, more compliance and less flexibility... the decision to switch is now questionable :(Their care worker force is also not that big and quality varies depending on who you get.
This provider failed to meet its commitment to my mother as they were unable to provide daily care as promised and the carers provided were incompetent and unreliable with the service unable to replace staff when they failed to show up.
Does not deserve 1 star. My cousin previously (a few months ago) used this service and the management and team leader in Carlingford/Merrylands were horrible. Staff were treated poorly too. They don’t care about their workers and they don’t care about their clients too. Would not recommend.
Home caring does not fight for the client anymore. They care about their compliance and procedures .. they worry about being audited ahead of client safety and careplans.
Home Caring do not really care. They care about the 25% admin fee they charge, They care about getting shifts for their care workers. They have process and procedure which make it difficult to get good quality care for services.I have moved my parent to another provider. Really disappointing
Small player which was good - but now that they have grown, their attention, speed and effectiveness is like the big players. Not consistent in their policies and decisions. Case managers are nice people - but don't really understand client needs.Tends to be based out West
