Maria brings over three decades of clinical and community care, backed by her experience in leadership roles. Fluent in English and Italian, she is known for her compassionate leadership, cultural awareness and dedication to proactive, person-centred care.

What if my current provider never shows up on time, or on the day they’re supposed to?
Yes, we offer consistency with shifts and staff 85% of the time. I say 85% because I have to allow for annual and sick leave of that staff member.

When I ring you, will I speak to someone local?
When you ring me, you get me. If I don’t answer straight away, leave a message and I’ll get back to you the same day or the next. Rest assured, when you ring my office mobile, you’re speaking to HomeCaring Canberra City, not head office.
