Complete with OOA quarters located upstairs, this property is designed to meet the complex needs of HPS participants, ensuring peace of mind through round the clock care provisions. Participants bedrooms come equipped with private en-suites to provide both privacy and independence.

To be considered for this home, participants will need to be approved for SDA as well as SIL.  MTA will also be considered while SDA/SIL funding is being approved.

To ensure the best possible support for residents, we are seeking a participant with a 1:1, a minimum funding to match the current participant’s support needs.
