Crisis Support Services

Crisis Support Services

Sometimes the unexpected happens – you experience a crisis, have an accident, fall seriously ill, or your circumstances suddenly change. It can be hard to cope on your own, so we’re here to help.

Home Caring provides short-term support and emergency accommodation for NDIS participants who find themselves in a crisis.

Our 6-month transition care unit offers:

Accommodation support – stay in high quality, contemporary accommodation in great locations across Sydney. Our homes have assisted technology and modifications for full accessibility.

Core Support – receive 24/7 round the clock support, assisted transport to get you to appointments, and high intensity care if needed.

Clinical Care Support – we provide medical care for people with disability ranging from low to high intensity needs, including pain management, wound management and rehabilitation.

Capacity Building Support – improve your skills and your increase independence with capacity building activities, Allied Health therapy (e.g. speech therapy, physiotherapy) and behaviour management support.

Community Participation – we’ll help you find employment, enjoy social activities, hobbies and sports, take part in cultural activities, and support your education.

If you are an NDIS participant, we can also help you find and transition into suitable long-term support, as well as find a place to live in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
