The Home Caring Tranmere team is led by Samin Sami-E Khalajabadi, a Senior Registered Nurse in the community with over six years’ experience in aged care, disability care, high dementia care, post-operative and specialist care.
Samin has delivered innovative, evidence-based care in a variety of community settings, both on the frontline and in clinical team education support. She is passionate about pursuing meaningful change for her clients through the quality of care delivered by her team. She is also bilingual and can speak Persian and English.
A long-term local to Tranmere, Samin loves the close-knit community she comes from, and understands the value of connection to others when it comes to care. She enjoys building a relationship with her clients, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
