Home Care Packages
If you are struggling with everyday life, Home Care Packages are a government-funded program that can give you access to affordable care at home, so you don’t need to move into an aged care facility before you are ready.
If you are eligible for a package, Home Caring Canberra East offers a wide range of Home Care Packages, no matter what level of care you need. We’ll provide you with a support worker to assist with everyday tasks, such as personal care, assistance with cleaning, household chores, transport, nursing care, basic home maintenance and more. Our support personalised to your needs, and you’ll benefit from a team of consistent carers who you can build a trusting relationship with.
