Your NDIS support worker

Now that you have a good understanding of how our service works and how we can adapt to suit your needs, let’s take a look at some of the different things you can expect from your Nepali home support worker.

A carer is an individual that has received specialist and expert training that enables them to provide personal services and care to people that need it within their own home environment. This means you can continue living in your own home. You will be able to enjoy everything you love doing and you will be able to stay in familiar surroundings.

Your Nepali support worker will be able to assist you with many tasks around the house

Your Nepali support worker will be able to assist you with many tasks around the house, and outside of it too. This includes carrying out daily domestic tasks at your home, as well as making sure your dietary and nutritional needs are met, they will also provide specialist personal and medical care, as well as assisting with housekeeping. Our Nepali home care workers often end up becoming friends with patients too, as they offer great companionship and support. They can also help to ensure that you continue to do all of the hobbies that you love.

Is it better to hire a Nepali care worker than stay in one of the residential care units?

When it comes to care services, one of the main decisions that need to be made is whether to move into a residential care facility or benefit from Nepalese speaking social support services. We truly believe that having a Nepalese care support worker come to your home is the best approach, and research shows that the vast majority of people in Australia agree with this. There are a number of different reasons why this is the case. Firstly, a lot of people do not want to move out of their home, and this is completely understandable. After all, you have worked hard all of your life to be in the home you are in today, and so you will not want to move out of it. People like to be in familiar surroundings as they get older. Plus, through opting for home care services, you will be able to enjoy all of the things that you do now. You will not have to give up any hobbies or anything you enjoy doing in your local community. Plus, a lot of people believe that a much higher level of care is achieved in this way. This is because you are going to be assigned a care support worker that is right for you, and they will be completely focused on your needs within the home. They are not going to be caring for a number of other people at the same time, as would be the case if you were to move into a residential care unit.

Live-in Nepalese social support services

Are you searching for a Nepalese personal support worker or Nepali home care support worker who can provide you with 24-hour assistance? We are able to assist with this here at Home Caring. We have a team of live-in carers, who will be happy to live with you and help you around the clock.

There are many types of services that your live-in NDIS support worker will be able to help you with. This includes the following:

  • Ironing and laundry
  • Help with going to the toilet, dressing, and bathing
  • Washing dishes
  • Mobility support around the home
  • Feeding, walking, and caring for your pet
  • Helping with medication administration and reminding patients to take their medication
  • Running errands
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting you with getting out and about
  • Taking care of chores around the home

The cost of Nepalese speaking social support worker or care support worker

As discussed earlier, people have different needs when it comes to care, and this is why the cost differs considerably. After all, if you needed a Nepalese disability support worker to come to your home for one hour per day, the cost is going to be less than someone who requires a support worker to provide 24-hour care services. Of course, the time that the support worker is required for is only one of the factors. The level of care that is needed also comes into account. This is why we always provide a free consultation at the start of our relationship so that we can get to know your needs and provide you with an accurate quote based on this.

It’s been a busy and productive week here at Home Caring with only forty days till the end of the year we are full steam ahead! One highlight was the team-building and networking session with our amazing Home Caring Bankstown team. These sessions are such a valuable part of what we do as they foster connection, build efficiency and empower us to deliver the best care to our clients.
