Led by Registered Nurses Lara Furletti and Rey Garcia, our team brings professional expertise and lived experience to every care journey. Lara has over 15 years’ experience across aged care, disability and hospital settings, and also cares for her son living with disability, giving her a unique understanding of the support families truly need. Rey has a strong clinical background, including experience as a paramedic and theatre nurse, and is passionate about building people up and helping them achieve meaningful goals.
Alongside our case manager, Don Fontabla, and a team of local care professionals, we take the time to listen, understand your goals and develop a care plan that suits your life.
