- Level 1 – This basic package is perfect for clients that need minor assistance with daily activities but are otherwise independent

- Level 3 – This package includes additional medication and treatment support, allied health support, additional transport services, and social support. This package may also include home modification services if applicable.
- Level 4 – This last package includes everything from the previous packages but increases the frequency of visits to up to twice a day.
