Home care

Our home care packages are ideal for people that want to continue living in their own homes but may occasionally need assistance from a home carer.

Home Caring offers four levels of home care packages.

  • Level 1 – Our most basic level of home care is perfect for clients that want to live independently but may need a bit of support with daily activities.
  • Level 2 – Our second level includes everything from Level 1 but also includes services like personal care, transportation around and Abbotsford, shopping, podiatry, gardening and exercise classes.
  • Level 3 – Our third level package also includes medication and treatment support, allied health support, social support, and more transport services. This package may also include home modification services as well.
  • Level 4 – Our highest level of home care involves up to two visits per day. Carers will always be available throughout Abbotsford to assist with anything from social support to gardening and taking care of pets. This is ideal for those who are facing long-term conditions such as dementia.

Regardless of the package chosen, the Australian Government can help fund the cost of the service up to a value of $51,500 with our Level 4 home care package.

If you’re looking for a more bespoke service, then don’t hesitate to get in touch with Home Caring for more information.

Aged care

If you’re looking for a high-quality and trustworthy alternative to care homes in Abbotsford, then you may be interested in personalised aged care services. With the cost of care homes in Abbotsford increasing every year, seniors are searching for reliable alternatives that can still provide a high level of quality care that is designed to suit their needs.

Home Caring offers bespoke aged care services that will help you or your loved ones live in their own home for longer. The goal of aged care is to provide a sense of independence instead of having to rely on other people or a care home. It allows our clients to continue chasing their aspirations and reaching their goals.

Dementia care

If you believe that a friend or family member is struggling to cope with dementia, then they may be the perfect candidate for dementia home care support. Getting support for dementia will ensure the best quality of life that can be afforded and gives family members and friends peace of mind knowing that their loved one is being taken care of.

We offer a range of personalised dementia care services for clients in and around Abbotsford. While there may be no cure for dementia, it’s possible to drastically slow down the progression of dementia and reduce the impact it has on someone’s life. From transportation services to social support, Home Caring can provide the care that your loved one needs.

Disability care

Home Caring understands that disabilities are unique to each person. Their condition, the way they cope with it, and the impact it has on their life are all distinct. As such, we make it our duty to treat every individual with respect and a high level of care that helps them reach their goals in life. We don’t offer a universal solution and are proud of taking a completely bespoke approach to disability care for each client.

Whether you need a bit of help with transportation or have a progressive condition such as motor neurone disease, our team in Abbotsford are ready to provide you with the assistance you need to reach your goals and get the most out of life.

Rehabilitation services

It can be difficult to cope with a serious injury, illness or neurological condition. One of the best forms of treatment is rehabilitation, but this can be a daunting process especially if it’s your first time.

Home Caring offers a wide range of services that are designed to help you overcome your condition in the most effective way possible. From occupational therapy to physiotherapy, we offer a long list of rehabilitation services that are designed to fit the individual client’s needs. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us today to see what rehabilitation services we can provide in the Abbotsford area.

Mobility equipment

Home Caring also offers a large selection of mobility equipment. Whether you’re searching for a new mobility scooter rental or if you want to install a new lift chair in your home, we’re a registered NDIS provider that can help you pick the right equipment that will promote an independent lifestyle. Get in touch with us today and we’d be happy to help you choose the right equipment for your needs.

Happy Friday HC fam!

It’s been a busy and productive week here at Home Caring with only forty days till the end of the year we are full steam ahead! One highlight was the team-building and networking session with our amazing Home Caring Bankstown team. The workshop was a huge success bringing everyone together to learn, grow and strengthen our skills.

These sessions are such a valuable part of what we do as they foster connection, build efficiency and empower us to deliver the best care to our clients. As we all know being a support worker can sometimes feel isolating but moments like these remind us of the incredible community we’re all a part of.

Let’s all carry that energy into the weekend—it’s going to be a hot one, so stay cool and take care! 🩵

Happy Sunday HC fam! Recently our Home Caring Vermont team had the privilege of attending the 20th anniversary celebration of Hope City Mission, a vital organisation making a profound difference in our community. As proud sponsors we deeply admire their unwavering dedication to providing food relief, support and hope to those in need. Hope City Mission’s initiatives extend far and wide from their compassionate crisis support programs to sustainable efforts like planting seedlings, whose produce directly benefits people facing hardship. It’s a joy to stand beside them in their mission to uplift lives and foster resilience.

Our sponsorship reflects Home Caring’s core value of giving without expecting anything in return. We’re thrilled to have contributed to initiatives like installing a sprinkler system to nurture their community garden, where fresh produce is grown for those living in crisis. Supporting Hope City Mission means investing in kindness, growth and care and we couldn’t be prouder to play a part in their incredible journey. Here’s to creating positive change together! 🩵
