Compassionate government-funded support

As a NDIS and Aged Care provider, our dedicated team can help you make the most out of your funding, so you get the care you need. We offer:

Home Care Packages – funded by the government, a Home Care Package helps seniors live at home for longer by providing access to subsidised support services in their own home. Home Caring Canning’s local team of support workers can help you with everyday tasks, so you don’t have to move into an aged care facility before you are ready.

NDIS Supports – the NDIS is all about giving people with disability choice and control over their support. Our government-funded NDIS services will help you access the supports you need, whether that’s personal care, basic skills training, assistance with daily life, or social activities. And we’ll help you work towards you identified goals, so you can get the most out of life.
