What we offer

Home Caring provides professional home care services, tailored to your needs.

Personalised care with plenty of heart

Great support isn’t just about ticking tasks off a list. It’s about providing genuine support that makes a difference to a person’s life. At Home Caring Canning, we believe care should be personal. That means we take the time to get to know you, hear your story and understand your needs. We’ll then work with you to provide supports and services that help you tackle everyday life with confidence.

With our support, you’ll be:

  • Supported in everyday tasks
  • Safe and comfortable living in your own home
  • Able to make decisions over your care
  • Connected to your local community
  • Equipped with skills to help you thrive in life
  • Empowered to reach your goals

Compassionate government-funded support

As a NDIS and Aged Care provider, our dedicated team can help you make the most out of your funding, so you get the care you need. We offer:

Home Care Packages – funded by the government, a Home Care Package helps seniors live at home for longer by providing access to subsidised support services in their own home. Home Caring Canning’s local team of support workers can help you with everyday tasks, so you don’t have to move into an aged care facility before you are ready.

NDIS Supports – the NDIS is all about giving people with disability choice and control over their support. Our government-funded NDIS services will help you access the supports you need, whether that’s personal care, basic skills training, assistance with daily life, or social activities. And we’ll help you work towards you identified goals, so you can get the most out of life.

Our values

Our ‘person-first’ caring culture gives us a framework for our service. On the ground level, this means:

  • We treat you as an individual – we respect your values and expressed wishes.
  • We collaborate with you – you take an active role in your care.
  • We communicate and listen – the best care happens when everyone is on the same page.
  • We are sensitive to cultural and family needs – Home Caring supports people from many different cultures.
  • We value your independence – we focus on what people can do for themselves, and empower them to live as independently as possible.
  • We value your dignity, comfort and safety – we aren’t just concerned about what we do; we also care about how we do it.
  • We take a holistic approach to your care – we work with you to deliver a plan that truly cares for every aspect of your being.
