Led by Jo Sheehan, a Registered Nurse with over 40 years of clinical experience, our team is passionate about providing care that truly makes a difference. Jo has worked in emergency nursing, aged care assessments and geriatric consultancy, and brings a deep understanding of the healthcare system, as well as a strong commitment to working with local GPs, allied health teams and community networks to ensure holistic, well-rounded care.
As locals ourselves, we know how important it is to feel connected, especially in regional areas. That’s why we take the time to get to know each person we support, listen to what matters to them and build flexible care plans around their goals. Whether it’s help with everyday tasks, clinical support or staying socially connected, our dedicated team is here to walk alongside you with kindness, professionalism and reliability.
